Well, this is not easy to do. First of all, you have to be able to break some bad habits, per se, such as sleeping late, waking up late, and also not having a schedule.
Let’s start by having a schedule, this would help you to be organized, and to know when to do certain things. I always say you can’t be motivated, if you have no idea what you’re doing, and are having issues with time management, this leads to not being motivated.
Build A Routine
This essentially means you will make a routine for your day, for example, let’s say you wake up at 8 am, well then take a shower, brush your teeth, and then start your day by reading a book, try doing your homework, or going outside for a quick run for 20-40 minutes, but don’t just sit there in your bed and do nothing, try experimenting different things.
I know, what does this have to do with being motivated?
Well, it is quite simple, most people are not happy, and not motivated because of their lifestyle. You get used to doing the same things, and people tend to do nothing about it, that’s why having a routine, and a schedule will help most people out.
Do something you enjoy doing
In your free time, when you are probably done with everything, try doing something you enjoy doing, even if you had a bad day at College or Work, when you are free, take that time to do something you truly like, even if it’s cooking, or going out to the mall, whatever it’s just do something you like.
Despite how your life is, you have to keep pushing yourself, and try different things, enjoy every moment, there is nothing wrong with being happy, even if you are not motivated, that is why we try to do something new, make the most of your life, and do not waste it by overthinking and laying down on your bed.
