College is stressful, we know this by now, in College even though you are not forced to do your work, or anything really, you still are pressured to do so, because you do not want to fail a class, and just waste your time and money on it. Also, you probably have other things to do aside from studying and taking classes the whole day, you probably have a job, and things to take care of, it is not easy to not be stressed out at times and feel overwhelmed.

In this article, we will look into how to not be overwhelmed.

Why Are You Overwhelmed?
First, we need to find out why you are overwhelmed in order to figure out your problem.
It could be because of Overcommitment, disorganization or just being lazy, and doing things late.

If it is for any of those reasons, then there is a solution, an easy one actually.
The most effective way to solve your problem is by sacrificing your old habits and being able to follow a schedule.

You want to be able to make a schedule that works for you, for example, arrange the best time for you to study, when are you going to go outside and hang out with friends, knowing exactly when you will do certain things, and also, the fact that you need to make a schedule doesn’t mean that you have to spend the whole day focusing on your work, or college, no, you need to be able to figure out when certain things should be done.

Do not stress over your responsibilities, after all, we all have things to do, and letting yourself get overwhelmed won’t solve anything, so keep your head up and don’t give up on college, keep going.
